Redirect calls to voicemail
Log in to the admin portal.
Click on "Settings"
Scroll down to "Teams". If you have set up Team settings, select the drop down menu next to the blue phone and select "Take a voice message". Repeat for all teams:
If you have not set up teams, go to "Default" and select "Take a voice message":
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save".

Setting up your primary number to call from
Go to "Home", then "Phone numbers" Click on "Set primary" in order to change your primary number. All your outgoing calls will now be made from this number and will be displayed on the screen of the receiver.
